1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to SP Home Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.sphomecare

org) and the home appliance repair services (“Services”) we provide.
By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
2. Our Services
SP Home Care provides professional on-site diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for a range of home appliances. While we are an independent service provider, our technicians are highly experienced with most major brands. All services are performed on a best-effort basis.
3. User Obligations
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding your name, contact details, address, and the issue with your appliance.
- Ensure that our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the appliance that requires service.
- Secure any pets during the time of our technician’s visit.
- Be present at the location or have an authorized adult representative present during the service appointment.
4. Booking, Appointments, and Estimates
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website’s contact form or by calling us directly at +919750091755.
- Estimates: Before commencing any repair work, our technician will diagnose the issue and provide you with a cost estimate for parts and labor. This estimate is not a fixed quote.
- Approval: Repair work will only begin after you have approved the estimate.
- Final Cost: The final invoice amount may vary from the initial estimate if unforeseen issues or additional parts are required. Any changes will be discussed with you for approval before proceeding.
5. Pricing and Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Money Transfer
- UPI
- Credit card
An official invoice will be provided to you upon receipt of full payment.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, we request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 2
hours’ notice may be subject to a visitation or cancellation fee of ₹ 199
.
7. Service Warranty
SP Home Care provides a limited service warranty to give you peace of mind.
- We offer a
180
-day warranty on the specific repair performed and any parts we have replaced. - This warranty covers the labor and parts for the original fault only. It does not cover new or unrelated faults that may arise with the appliance.
- The warranty is void if the appliance has been tampered with, repaired by another party after our service, or damaged due to misuse, pests, or electrical fluctuations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SP Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, or loss of use, that may result from our services or the failure of an appliance. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
